A fine specimen, captured in a front garden in Ashley Road, on the way up to the Downs. Must rather dominate the front garden concerned, but then, both sides of the road are lined with mature trees, so it would be odd to move there if you didn't like them.
Slightly awkward to photograph from the road, with there only being the one narrow pavement, on the tree side, and a fair amount of traffic, on this particular occasion.
The view back down the hill, towards Epsom, in Street View. Rough ground left, some of it given over to horses, mostly fancy houses right. Of various ages. A fair walk to the nearest shops or the railway station.
