Birthday choc

Birthday confectionary from the Polish aisle in the Sainsbury's store at Kiln Lane.

Plenty of calories all round. The ones on the left are thin tubes - perhaps wafer rolls is the proper name - filled with a thick chocolate sauce, possibly some confection of cocoa powder, palm oil and sugar. As it turned out the very same rolls came with our ice cream a few days later in the Oak Room at the Royal Lion in Lyme Regis. Less the chocolate sauce.
