Valentine's Day has come around again, so the Mesquite Grill (reference 1) is back with its Valentine's Day special, as far as I can see unchanged from last year (reference 2), except for the price which has inched up from $37 to $43, which I make a 16% hike. This in a country which grows all the oil and gas that it needs.
A high protein snack, but no doubt for a few dollars more, you can add some carbohydrate. I don't suppose the bread available in such a place is up to much, but there are various kinds of maize and potato to be seen on the menu.
