Trolleys 440 and 441

Trolley 440 was a pair of Sainsbury's trolleys captured outside the creationists' accommodation block in East Street. The trolley from the M&S food hall was still where I had left it a couple of days previously.

Trolley 441 was a pair of trolleys which I almost scored as two, as the second was the other side of the chain link fence from the first.

It was much easier to get the second over the fence, which had been breached after a fashion, than I expected, with the breach providing a ramp.

The only catch was that the front nearside wheel of this second trolley locked as I approached the back of the store, with the wheel, on inspection, looking like the core of one of those which had had yellow locking plates. It took a little while to remember how to wheel a pair of trolleys with one wheel locked. I left the offending trolley next to the stack, on its side, and pointed it out to the trolley man. Maybe he had a key.

But checking this morning, the only locks that I can find on the record are black, rather than yellow, and would not strip down to what I had yesterday. See, for example, reference 2. Memory playing tricks again.
