Trolleys 727 & 728

Trolley hunting may have resumed, starting with this one from the M&S food hall, captured in front of T.K.Maxx across the road.

Followed by this one from B&M, from outside the gym in the Kokoro passage - left by someone without a sense of tidiness. Most people tuck them into the side somewhere. There were some more trolleys further along, but I left them for someone else.

Plus, the planters which had featured poppies earlier in the year appear to have been replanted during my absence since July.

Google Images suggests flowering tobacco (Nicotiana sylvestris), from South America, a relative of the stuff you smoke. The flowers have a strong smell, so that might confirm identification next time around.

Nearer home, following the post at reference 2, Thames Water have been doing something to somebody else's stopcock and/or meter. Maybe our turn next week. No chalk to be seen in this hole, although I don't suppose that it is that much further down.

Nearer still, some mushrooms. Google Images, by majority verdict, goes for the edible field mushroom (Agaricus campestris), but I don't think that is quite enough for me to fry them up, tempting though that might be. I suppose I might pick one for closer inspection.
