PS: Saturday morning: time will tell whether the sort of news suppression at reference 2 is either sustainable or a good thing. Our own tendency to go in for saturation and rather tacky coverage of tragic events may not be very clever - not to mention the witch hunting afterwards - but is trying to suppress news of them altogether any better? And the massive state security apparatus which seems to be implied does not look good at all. Do we really want to empower & deploy hundreds of thousands of half-educated policemen? Quite apart from being very expensive.
